Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1.5 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 10 g of vanilla-flavored sugar
  • 45 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 300 ml whole milk
  • 150 g all-purpose flour
  • 45 g unsalted butter melted
  • 5 tablespoons of smooth cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk cooked
  • 10 Oreo cookies crushed

Instructions

Prepare the Cake Batter:

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, folding gently until just combined.
  • Gradually mix in the milk and melted butter, stirring until you achieve a smooth batter.

Bake the Cake:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a round cake pan.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Create the Oreo Cream Filling:

  • In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese and cooked condensed milk until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.

Assemble the Cake:

  • Once the cake has cooled, slice it horizontally into two equal layers.
  • Spread the Oreo cream filling evenly over the bottom layer, then carefully place the second layer on top.

Prepare the Peanut Butter Glaze:

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt a few tablespoons of peanut butter, stirring until it reaches a pourable consistency.
  • Drizzle the peanut butter glaze over the top of the cake, allowing some to drip down the sides.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Let the cake set for a few minutes to allow the glaze to firm up slightly.
  • Slice and serve this luxurious cake as the perfect dessert for any chocolate lover’s celebration or as a decadent treat to enjoy any day of the week.
