Ingredients

  • 140 g butter
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 15 g yeast
  • 380 g flour
  • a pinch of salt and vanilla

Instructions

  • Pour the warm milk into a bowl.
  • Add the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar from the total.
  • Mix everything and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter with the remaining sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.
  • Beat with a mixer at medium speed for 3-4 minutes until you obtain a fluffy and homogeneous composition.
  • Then gradually add one room temperature egg at a time.
  • Blend well in a blender.
  • Then we gradually add the pre-sifted flour.
  • Knead the dough first with a spatula.
  • Then knead with your hands until it is soft and non-sticky.
  • Roll out the dough using a rolling pin into a rectangular area about 1 cm thick.
  • Dust the surface with icing sugar.
  • Cut the dough with a pizza slice into rectangles of the same size.
  • And place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Cover the cookies with aluminum foil and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Then place in the preheated oven at 180°C.
  • After baking, let them cool and serve.
