Pour the warm milk into a bowl.
Add the yeast and a teaspoon of sugar from the total.
Mix everything and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter with the remaining sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.
Beat with a mixer at medium speed for 3-4 minutes until you obtain a fluffy and homogeneous composition.
Then gradually add one room temperature egg at a time.
Blend well in a blender.
Then we gradually add the pre-sifted flour.
Knead the dough first with a spatula.
Then knead with your hands until it is soft and non-sticky.
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin into a rectangular area about 1 cm thick.
Dust the surface with icing sugar.
Cut the dough with a pizza slice into rectangles of the same size.
And place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cover the cookies with aluminum foil and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then place in the preheated oven at 180°C.
After baking, let them cool and serve.
