Ingredients

  • 400 g banana flesh approximately 4 bananas
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 150 g hazelnut powder or other nut
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder or baking soda
  • 2 pinches of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Banana-Chocolate Blend:

  • Blend the banana until smooth.
  • Pour the blended banana into a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  • Add the chocolate and mix occasionally until the chocolate is completely melted.

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 160°C.

Create the Cake Batter:

  • Add the yogurt to the banana-chocolate mixture and whisk.
  • Incorporate the hazelnut powder, baking powder, and salt into the mixture.
  • Mix until you achieve a smooth and fluid batter.

Bake to Perfection:

  • Pour the prepared batter into a mold (18cm for a good thickness, lined with baking paper if not silicone).
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes.

Chill for Setting:

  • The cake may seem undercooked after 30 minutes, and that’s normal.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely in the fridge to set.
