- 400 g banana flesh approximately 4 bananas
- 100 g chocolate
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 150 g hazelnut powder or other nut
- 1 teaspoon baking powder or baking soda
- 2 pinches of salt
Prepare the Banana-Chocolate Blend:
Blend the banana until smooth.
Pour the blended banana into a saucepan over medium-low heat.
Add the chocolate and mix occasionally until the chocolate is completely melted.
Create the Cake Batter:
Add the yogurt to the banana-chocolate mixture and whisk.
Incorporate the hazelnut powder, baking powder, and salt into the mixture.
Mix until you achieve a smooth and fluid batter.
Bake to Perfection:
Pour the prepared batter into a mold (18cm for a good thickness, lined with baking paper if not silicone).
Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
Chill for Setting:
The cake may seem undercooked after 30 minutes, and that’s normal.
Allow the cake to cool completely in the fridge to set.
