Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

For the icing:

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate powder

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to 356 °F or 180 °C. Grease and flour a round pan with a hole in the center.
  • Then, using a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Then gradually add the milk and oil without stopping.
  • Then, in another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Then gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, incorporating gently until you have a homogeneous dough.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
