- 1 egg
- 140 g 0.7 cup sugar
- 70 ml 0.3 cup oil
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 450 g 3.6 cups flour (all purpose)
- 170 ml 0.7 cup water
- 10 g baking powder
- 15 g cocoa
Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add oil and stir. Add water, flour and baking powder to the mixture
Knead the dough. Divide into 2 parts. Add cocoa to 1 part and knead. Roll out 2 cakes.
Put one cake on top of the other and wrap the roll. Cut the roll with thread. Fry in a lot of oil.
