In a small mixing bowl, combine the seasonings: ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon paprika, ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ½ teaspoon oregano, and ½ teaspoon thyme.
Rinse and pat dry 2 pounds of chicken wings. Add the seasoning mix and toss well until the wings are evenly coated.
In the Pressure Cooker, add 1 cup of water and place a trivet in the pot. Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on top of the trivet.
Close the pot with the lid and set it to Manual High Pressure for 6 minutes. When the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
Transfer the wings to a large mixing bowl, add ½ cup of BBQ sauce, and mix well.
Place the BBQ chicken wings on a baking sheet with a wire rack. If any BBQ sauce remains in the mixing bowl, brush it over the wings with a baking brush.
Broil the wings for 5-10 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and slightly charred.
