Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh crab meat blue crab preferred
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 6 cups seafood or chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large pot, sauté onions, celery, and carrots until softened.
  • Add tomatoes, corn, green beans, and broth. Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in Old Bay, Worcestershire sauce, and bay leaf.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes, then add crab meat.
