Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 4.5- 5 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For internal mortar;

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • Half a tea glass of oil
  • Black pepper
  • chili pepper
  • Salt
  • Parsley

To Grease the Dough;

  • 100 g butter

To roll out the dough;

  • 2 tablespoons of starch

For the above;

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon of milk

Instructions

  • Let's add water and yeast to a suitable kneading bowl and mix. Let's add flour and salt in a controlled manner and knead a soft dough.
  • Let's cut tangerine-sized pieces from the dough and divide them into pieces. Let's coat the meringue in starch and add a piece of butter on it. Let's enlarge the glands by pressing them with our fingertips.
  • Let's arrange the opened meringues on top of each other, cover them and keep them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Add the minced meat to a suitable pan and fry until the minced meat releases its water and evaporates. Let's add chopped onion and oil and continue roasting. Let's add the spices and parsley and mix.
  • Let's put the rested meringues on the counter and roll them out with a rolling pin. Let's cut it into strips with the help of a roulette. Let's add the filling and join the edges.
  • Let's cut it to be equal in size with the dough cutting tool.
  • Let's place the shaped pastries on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let's apply the egg yolk and milk mixture on it with a brush.
  • Let's bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
