Ingredients

  • 100 ml water
  • 20 g sugar
  • 4 g instant yeast
  • 1 egg 60g with shell
  • 280 g bread flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 30 g butter
  • Nutella for filling

Instructions

  • Mix water, sugar, and yeast. Let it foam for 10 mins.
  • Add egg, flour, and salt. Knead until smooth.
  • Incorporate softened butter, knead until elastic.
  • Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour.
  • Divide dough into small balls.
