Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • First, let’s preheat the oven to 356 °F or (180 °C). Then, in a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sugar until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Then add the eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla essence, mixing well after each addition.
  • Then add the melted butter, flour, baking powder and salt, mixing until all the ingredients are combined.
  • Then pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for about 40 minutes, or until it’s golden and firm to the touch.
  • Finally, allow to cool before unmolding and serving!
