- 3 eggs
- 1 finger missing sugar from 1 glass of water
- pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 tea glass of oil 120 ml
- 150 ml milk
- 2.5 cups of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Apricot jam
Add eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla to a suitable mixing bowl and beat with a mixer until it becomes foamy. Let's add milk and oil to it and mix it.
Let's add sifted flour and baking powder and mix.
Let's pour the cake mixture we prepared into the cake mold greased with oil. Let's add jam on it.
Let's bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
After the cake comes out of the oven and cools down, sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve.
