Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 finger missing sugar from 1 glass of water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 tea glass of oil 120 ml
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2.5 cups of flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Apricot jam

For the above;

  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Add eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla to a suitable mixing bowl and beat with a mixer until it becomes foamy. Let's add milk and oil to it and mix it.
  • Let's add sifted flour and baking powder and mix.
  • Let's pour the cake mixture we prepared into the cake mold greased with oil. Let's add jam on it.
  • Let's bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
  • After the cake comes out of the oven and cools down, sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve.
