Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or bundt pan.
