  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 20 g. melted butter
  • Nutella or chocolate and hazelnut spread to taste

  • We begin the preparation of our crepes with Nutella, to do this, in a container we add the egg, salt, sugar and with the help of some whisks, we beat until we see that the salt and sugar have been integrated correctly, then we add 100 ml. of the 250 ml. of the milk and mix.
  • Add the flour and mix until well integrated, then add the rest of the milk and continue mixing, finally add the melted butter, mix and let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.
  • We put a frying pan over low heat, spread a little butter and add a little of our mixture (half a ladle of soup for a size of pan like the one shown in the video) we make circular movements to the pan As I show you in the video, so that the dough covers the entire base, we let it cook for 1 and a half minutes or until we see that the top part of the crepe is no longer liquid, we turn it over and cook for 1 more minute (we repeat this process until all the crepe dough is used up).
