  • 3 ml 1 tsp VANILLA
  • 60 ml 1 tbsp OIL
  • 10 ml VINEGAR
  • 125 ml MILK
  • 200 g 1 cup SUGAR
  • 150 g 1 cup FLOUR
  • 2 g 1/2 tsp SALT
  • 40 g 1/3 cup COCOA POWDER
  • 4 g 1 tsp BAKING SODA
  • 4 g 1 tsp BAKING POWDER

FOR THE GLAZE :

  • 100 g 1/2 cup SUGAR
  • 60 g 1/2 cup COCOA POWDER
  • 2 g 1/4 tsp SALT
  • 20 g 2 tbsp CORNSTARCH
  • 250 ml 1 cup MILK
  • 2 g 1 tsp VANILLA
  • 15 g 1 tbsp BUTTER

Instructions

  • Line a springform tin with greaseproof paper, grease, and sprinkle with flour.
